Policies - Centered Aesthetics LLC To maintain full service time for all our clients we require at least a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Deposits : We require a deposit for all of our appoints and a card on file to hold the appointment time. The deposit will be deducted from the full service cost on day of your appointment at checkout. Your card on file will only be charged if you fall into the category of late cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment your deposit will be transferable to the rescheduled appointment. After 3 instances of transferring a deposit to a rescheduled appointment that deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of lost time and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Late Cancellations : Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of their booked service price. Your deposit for the service will be factored into the 50% charge if the deposit is less than 50% of the service total. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your service you will be charged the late cancelation fee and your appointment will be reschedule to another day unless otherwise discussed with us as an exception to the late policy. If any injectables have been done like Botox or filler within 14 days of your appointment you will be charged the late cancelation fee and your appointment will be rescheduled. No Shows : Clients who do not show up to their booked service and do not provide 24 hour notice will be charged the full price of the service booked. Guests: As we are a small private studio we ask that you refrain from bringing guests to your appointment.
